Put your mind at ease with our teardrop trailer hatch kit.  Galley hatches are one of the most difficult parts of building a teardrop trailer.  This kit is the exact same set of parts that we install on our production models.  All high quality plywood CNC parts for precision fit, correct strength along all axis to prevent warping in different temperatures and over time, and its good looking.  This kit includes guides for profiling the side-walls of your build to fit perfectly with this hatch.

Add our Hurricane Hinge for smooth opening with a water-tight finish, blub seals for effective sealing around the entire hatch, latch mechanism, gas struts (correctly calibrated for the weight of this hatch), and brackets, and you’ll have a hatch better than most home builders.

Simply add the 1/8″ baltic birch skin & exterior finish material and all other wood parts are present.
