For the past year and a half, I’ve been working on a film about historic camping and teardrop trailers. At last, I can say it is done (see the preview here:

As an educator, I wanted a resource to use in my history classroom that shows the effect of mass produced transportation, national park camping desitnations, and the effects of WWII on the RV & teardrop industry.

I’ve found that this 55 min film has a broader appeal than its intended audience (high school students).

This is a not-for-profit project. The proceeds from this project go to:

    • paying off the overhead for making the film

    • sending free copies to high schools

to start a fund for like-minded educators to make similar outdoor-themed film projects.

If you’d like a physical copy, you can get one here:

If you’d rather download the film, it will be available on in a few weeks.
